亲爱的老师：

今天上午我的闹钟不知什么原因没有响，导致了我迟到了，现在我说再多的理由都是托词。这次迟到也希望是我最后一次了，对于迟到我感到很羞愧。

所以，我只想为上午的迟到行为表示歉意和检讨。

对于准时上课，我一直都没有特别重视，经常迟到几分钟，觉得这没有什么，其实这是一种非常不好的习惯。

迟到在现在看来或许是一个小小的毛病，但是一旦形成了迟到的习惯，对我们将来的学习和人生发展都会造成极为严重的后果。如果在一场生意谈判中迟到，将会使我的'事业失去信誉，如果在一场任务中迟到，将会使我的国家失去重要的财产。

迟到也反应了一个学生对学校的规章制度的重视程度，对学习的认真负责程度，另一方面，这会给同学和班级带来不好的影响。更应该杜绝迟到的行为。其实，我只要将闹钟调早10分钟，就可以避免迟到，可是我却没有这么做，归根到底还是思想上的问题。

现在的我们往往对小错误感到无所谓，往往不能够正视自己的错误，但正是这样麻痹的思想，导致了我这样行为的发生。刘备教导他儿子时曾经说过“勿以恶小而为之”就是说明在思想上要有防微杜渐的意识。这种意识在现在的我们心里过于淡薄了，今天这件事情的发生正是暴露了我思想上的问题。

我决心，提高自己的思想觉悟，每天努力学习，做到提前到校，不迟到，希望老师能够接受我真诚的歉意，并能来监督我，指正我。
